Singapore 19 September

It was a really rushed plan to fly to Singapore, but in the end we made it. I can't remember exactly when was the last time ive been to Singapore , but im guessing around 7 years or plus. Everything changed, Singapore looks so pretty, i was stunned looking at the night scenery from the Airport towards Sentosa.

The trip to was early morning Regina drops us at the Airport, we meet with Cindy who just landed from Perth. We all go onboard the Jetstar which is going to Singapore, but we stop at Sydney and take Scoot instead. Turns out to be much cheaper but more troublesome, because we have to exit and check in again and go through all the security process all over again.

Flying to Sydney was no problem, short flight but that long flight from Sydney to Singapore was pretty bad. It was a morning flight, which means we woke up and wasting the whole day sitting on the plane. And since its a budget company there are no movies and you have to buy food or drinks.
I didnt buy anything, i just tried my best to sleep.
We were all separated  sitting on different seats, i managed to swap seats twice with 2 different persons and sat next to Zoey.

My turn to keep part of my promise, i promised to Yufan back in 2009 that ill be visiting her in Singapore.
She came to pick us up at the airport, i was so happy to meet her again. While walking to her car, we could feel the heat difference, it was hot and humid. And was carrying our heavy hand luggage didn't help. But im pretty sure, its not that bad compared to Mauritius. I actually found Singapore weather really bearable.
1st stop was food, we were hungry, only had a bad lunch in at the Sydney Airport. So Yufan brought us to Vivo city, to have food, were were looking around and went to a pet shop, they had Chinchillas and Hamsters, those are banned in Australia. but really cute~

Time to get some food, we went to food republic, i really love how they decorated the place, to look like its hawker food, the price was about right, cheaper than Melbourne, but not extremely cheap. There was so many to choose from, i just got a Char kway teow.  =) And they do taste better than the ones ive had in Melbourne. After been satisfied with dinner, the girls went to get some Kueh tu tu, its some coconut cake and there is peanut inside, take away to bring to the hotel, they also got some Japanese cake outside.

Went to drop them off at Hotel Michael in Sentosa, and i stayed over at Yufan's place on that night. I didn't have a Singapore sim, no Singapore dollars either, and Zoey's roaming was not working. Got $50 from Yufan to survive, haha. And went to sleep, i felt really tired but more excited that i was finally back to Singapore.

Landed in Singapore!!!!!!
